Master Suite

Pennsylvania Dutch Room

The master suite features dramatic views of the San Francisco Bay including views of three Bay Area bridges. A four poster bed with canopy graces the bedroom. Adjacent to this is a private sitting room with a TV and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, Turkish marble, and hand painted sink decorations.
　

The walls of the Pennsylvania Dutch room were hand-painted by a local artist. These paintings were reproduced from a 1792 work of an Amish artist displayed in the book Ziggerman’s Designs found in the Oakland Library archives. This room also features numerous Victorian antiques and a private bathroom.
　

Each of our lovely rooms has a private bath, hairdryer, and luxury linens.

Breakfast: Enjoy a full, bountiful breakfast of baked breads and muffins, juices, individual fruit plates and rotating entree course. Special diets can be accommodated. Of course there is always plenty of freshly ground gourmet coffee, or teas to your taste. Breakfast is served at the guests' convenient.

Common areas: living room, dining room, deck with spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay, outdoor garden, TV room, and conservatory with real potted plants and caged birds. Feel free to read a book or just lounge in any of the several rooms available to guests.
